A life together.
A practice built
around people.

Jorge’s first full year in financial services was 1999. Alejandra joined him in 2005. The partnership they built shapes how this practice works today.

Service, before finance

Protecting people was
already part of the work.

Jorge came to financial services after serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. That experience is part of why he connects with people whose work carries responsibility for the safety of others.

When he entered the financial services business, he saw the consequences of advice that didn’t fit a family’s needs. A mentor helped him get started in financial planning. He found the part of the profession that still matters to him: understanding a problem and helping someone work through it.

Neighbors, then colleagues

It started close to home.

Some of Jorge’s early clients were neighbors. A few were firefighters, and they introduced him to colleagues. Over time, those introductions became long-standing relationships with first responders and their families.

Referrals remain central to the practice. Clients, attorneys, accountants, and community connections continue to introduce people who want help making sense of their financial lives.

A familiar voice.
A lasting relationship.

Jorge shares the story of working alongside Alejandra and the personal connection at the heart of their practice.

Together, since 2005

The person beside the plan.

Alejandra joined the practice in 2005. They worked well together from the beginning, sharing the same values and a close interest in the people they served. Their working relationship became a marriage and a family.

Today, Alejandra handles operations and client service: arranging meetings, preparing paperwork, following up on requests, and scheduling reviews. Jorge leads the planning conversations. Their roles are different, but the relationship with the client runs through both.

As Jorge describes it, Alejandra knows their clients, their children, and their situations. That familiarity is part of the experience they want people to have when they pick up the phone.

Still close to home

Part of this community.

Chambers, community events, and local relationships have long been part of how Jorge and Alejandra connect with South Florida. Many of the people they meet introduce them to someone else who could use a conversation.

That is the standard this practice is built around: understand the person, pay attention to the details, and follow through on the work you agree to do.

Understand what matters.
Plan for it.
Stay close as life changes.

Financial planning starts with the people behind the accounts: their families, work, concerns, and plans. We want the advice and the follow-through to reflect that.
