Five steps, one relationship
The process gives our work a structure. Your circumstances shape the conversations within it.
Timing varies with your situation, the information available, and any other professionals involved.

Your first in-depth meeting
Alejandra arranges a meeting, in person when possible or virtually. Jorge asks about your goals and concerns and reviews the accounts, policies, and documents that help explain your situation.

Jorge walks you through recommendations tied to what you told him matters. Where legal or tax questions arise, we coordinate with your attorney or tax professional. You have time to ask questions and discuss the next steps.

Alejandra helps prepare applications and transfers, tracks requests, and follows up as accounts are funded or policies are issued. Completion depends on the providers and the steps involved.
Each year, with conversations in between
We aim to meet with every client annually to review what’s changed and what needs attention. We measure your progress, make adjustments, and implement new strategies if necessary. A change in your work, family, or priorities is a reason to call between reviews, too.

For the in-depth meeting, these items can help. If something isn’t handy, ask Alejandra what to bring first.

Before we meet
Tell Jorge about your existing relationships and what you are looking for. You can discuss where help may be useful and whether working together makes sense.
Yes. We coordinate financial planning questions with clients’ attorneys and tax professionals. Legal and tax advice stays with those professionals.
Both. We prefer an in-person meeting when practical, and virtual meetings are also available. Alejandra can help arrange the meeting.
Recent account statements, insurance policies, estate documents, your latest tax return, employer benefit summaries, and your questions can help. Ask Alejandra what to bring if you do not have everything handy.
Contact Alejandra to confirm whether the services you need are available in your state.
